Office Administrator

“Kailie was born and raised in Monona, Wisconsin. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology at the University of Colorado in Denver. In the future, she hopes to become a psychotherapist. During her college experience, she has enjoyed various roles in communications, marketing, psychological research, and event planning.

Originally, she met Amanda in 2020 when she was hired as their family nanny. At Wellness Psychiatry, she was initially hired in 2021 as a summer intern tasked with researching the efficacy of Ketamine treatments and other homeopathic supplements. In May 2024, she was hired as the Office Administration and Marketing Assistant. She is extremely excited to be in this role, where she can be more involved in patient experiences.

“I hope to introduce Wellness Psychiatry in a warm, welcoming way to professional colleagues and prospective patients. I specifically enjoy helping establish patients with care as it is extremely rewarding to know our patients have found a place to help them achieve the most out of life.”

Outside of work, Kailie enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their dog. During the warm months, she enjoys playing softball, hiking, camping, rafting, reading outdoors, and attending outdoor concerts. In the winter, she enjoys skiing, cozy reading, and a hot cup of tea. “
